Oxfmt Alpha Release
Oxc's Oxfmt formatter is now in alpha: a fast Prettier alternative to pair with Oxlint

Oxc has released an alpha version of its Oxfmt formatter. It looks like large projects using ESLint + Prettier with lots of custom rules can start switching to the faster Rust-based pairing of Oxlint + Oxfmt. One of Oxc’s big advantages is its support for JS plugins and an ESLint-compatible API, which makes writing your own rules pretty straightforward.
Still, for new projects, I’d stick with Biome: it’s a more unified tool and easier to use out of the box.
Are you already thinking about switching, or does the standard ESLint + Prettier setup still cover your needs?
